Kids in Motion is seeking a highly accomplished Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our leadership team as Clinical Director.
This is an opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with meaningful leadership, helping to shape the future of paediatric physiotherapy services across the Mid North Coast while supporting the development of the next generation of clinicians.
Working alongside a highly experienced team, including Specialist and Titled Paediatric Physiotherapists, you will play a key role in mentoring staff, driving clinical excellence and contributing to the ongoing growth of an established and well respected paediatric physiotherapy practice.

About Us
Kids in Motion is a dedicated paediatric physiotherapy practice providing evidence-based services to children and families across the Mid North Coast for the last 10 years. Our team delivers care across clinic, community, school and hydrotherapy settings, supporting children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, orthopaedic and disability-related needs through both group and individual supports. We carry a mixed caseload of NDIS, Medicare and private referrals, with strong relationships with local paediatricians and GPs. Our practice has purpose built rooms in Coffs Harbour and satellite clinics in Grafton and Macksville.
Our physiotherapy team includes five paediatric physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist and 2 allied health assistants, all with diverse interests and expertise. We foster an environment that values collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Director you will:
Provide clinical leadership across the physiotherapy team
Mentor and support clinicians at all stages of their careers
Lead professional development and clinical supervision activities
Support quality improvement and service innovation initiatives
Monitor and support clinical performance and outcomes
Contribute to workforce planning and strategic growth
Work closely alongside our operations manager
Maintain an advanced paediatric clinical caseload, with significant flexibility to shape clinical focus areas and develop services aligned with your individual expertise and professional interests.
This position offers the opportunity to influence both clinical practice and organisational direction while remaining actively involved in clinical paediatric physiotherapy.

Remuneration
We recognise that exceptional clinicians are seeking more than a salary. For the right candidate, we are committed to developing a tailored remuneration and lifestyle package that reflects your expertise, career aspirations and personal priorities. If you are considering a change, we encourage you to start a conversation with us - we would welcome the opportunity to discuss what an ideal role looks like for you. Salary package to be negotiated according to experience, but as an indication we are looking in the bracket of $130K - $150K for full time.
