Scope of Services (Project Details)

• Evaluate clients' musculoskeletal conditions and autonomously determine the appropriate clinical treatment plan.
• Provide high-quality, targeted therapeutic bodywork (e.g., orthopedic, sports, deep tissue, or neuromuscular therapy) based on your own professional expertise.
• Maintain independent, accurate records of client progress to ensure high standards of clinical care.
• Provide your preferred availability block in advance so the clinic's online booking software can coordinate with it.
• Manage your own availability and calendar within the clinic’s operating hours (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Optional: Participate in available business and technical coaching sessions to scale your independent revenue.

• True 50% Split Payout: Keep a full 50% commission on all completed clinical sessions, plus 100% of your tips.
• Zero Merchant Deductions: The clinic absorbs 100% of credit card processing and transaction fees. Your 50% split is never cut by processing penalties.

• Complete Utility & Linen Support: Premium linens and professional laundry service are entirely provided by the clinic—no hauling dirty sheets home.
• Professional Dress Code Support: Contractors are expected to maintain a professional, hygienic appearance by wearing standard medical scrubs. To support your daily practice, the clinic provides high-quality embroidered scrubs at no cost.
• Targeted Clientele: Immediate access to clients in the Stony Point area seeking clinical, results-driven treatment rather than standard relaxation massages.
• Optional Business Coaching: Free access to clinical skill upgrades and business strategies to scale your client retention and profitability.
• Full Autonomy: Control your own methods, techniques, tools, and schedule within our operating hours without micromanagement or rigid corporate routines.

Requirements

Contractor Requirements

• Active New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing.
• Proof of independent professional liability insurance.
• Located within a 35-mile radius of Stony Point, NY, for reliable scheduling coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in clinical modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, or Sports Massage).
• Strong independent diagnostic and structural assessment skills
• A growth-oriented mindset with an interest in learning advanced business and technical strategies to grow your personal income.
