The Mission
Led by world-renowned orthopaedic surgeon and pioneer Dr. Kevin R. Stone, MD, The Stone Clinic has spent over 30 years refining minimally invasive, biologic, and robotic treatments. Our mission is simple: to keep athletes active for life.
We are seeking a high-energy, clinically sharp Physical Therapist to join our elite StoneFit Rehab Team. Our rehab program is uniquely integrated with our clinical and surgical teams. We don’t just manage symptoms; we focus on regenerative, long-term functional recovery, preserving natural joint biology, and helping patients from all walks of life—from elite professional athletes to dedicated weekend warriors—return to the sports they love. As a physical therapist here, you will work hand-in-hand with our orthopaedic specialists, athletic trainers, and researchers to deliver cutting-edge, personalized care.
What You’ll Do
As a PT within our Rehab department, you will utilize your full clinical scope to design, progress, and execute high-performance rehabilitation programs.
Deliver Elite Care: Design and implement comprehensive, individualized physical therapy treatment plans utilizing advanced manual therapy, sports rehabilitation protocols, and evidence-based clinical practices.
Collaborate in an Integrated Team: Partner closely with Dr. Stone, our clinical team, and our Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) who are fully integrated into the physical therapy team to provide seamless, hands-on treatment and manual therapy.
Drive Exceptional Outcomes: Utilize specialized StoneFit protocols for pre-operative and post-operative care, specifically tailored for biologic procedures (such as Meniscus Transplants and the BioKnee®) and robotic partial/total joint replacements.
Educate & Empower: Guide patients through their recovery journeys, empowering them with the tools and education to "play forever."
Who You Are
We are seeking a PT who pairs exceptional diagnostic and manual skills with an elite "bedside manner." You love the science of human movement and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic environment.
Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopaedics or sports medicine is highly preferred. Strong manual therapy skills are a must.
Clinical Excellence: Deep understanding of biomechanics, therapeutic exercise progression, and advanced sports rehab.
Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented clinician who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and communicates effectively with physicians, athletic trainers, and patients.
Passion for Movement: A shared commitment to our mission of keeping people active, healthy, and thriving for a lifetime.
